  We have been going to Figure 8 for over 20 years. Its just my favorite place!. This house is so well maintained and beautifully appointed all around from the quality furniture to the appliances and pots and pans, beach equipment...These owners are special in that they really make the effort to make you feel at home here. Beach erosion is an issue right now, but if you plan your day right your stay will still be magnificent! We love Conn!

  The Conn home was a fabulous beach home for our family of 6 adults and 3 small children. The home's interior layout offers good public and private space. The exterior space offers covered and uncovered areas. The beach access is pwonderful.

  We were very happy with the home and being on the North End of the beach. There were some plumbing issues with kitchen sink and ice maker which were unfortunate but management was on it so it was not a huge inconvenience and the beauty and relaxation of being at Figure Eight made up for it.

  Long term Figure Eight renter, first time at this property. The island is always delightful and this oceanfront property (Conn) is well situated, and very well maintained and equipped. If you have a large group and want to walk off the porch onto the beach, this is a great option.

  We had a great trip. The house is gorgeous and views are amazing. We have vacationed on F8 and rented for over 15 years...these views are by far the best. The house was super clean and well stocked. The living room lamp did not work...tried in a few outlets. So we placed it in the garage. There were some clothes in the master closet. We did not use the outdoor showers - the water was not turned on and wasn’t sure if they worked ok. All fine but just wanted you to be aware.

  My family and I have been coming to Figure Eight for over 20 years and have stayed in quite a few houses. I would say this house ranks at the top of our list of favorites! The view and access to the beach is like no other! The house is beautifully decorated and they have made great use of the living spaces. It is most definitely a place we would like to return to on future trips!

  We had a great time! We had a few days of bad weather, but any day at Figure 8 is a great day. High tide in this location is a little limiting right now but they are on it. The kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the machinery and watching the sand get shifted. The view from the house will take your breath.
