  Figure Eight is always a beautiful place to visit and the Thornton house great accommodations. The only issue this year was that two of our vehicles picked up nails in their tires. It was evident that some deck work had been occurring and I guess the contractor was not very tidy. Out of 3 vehicles, 2 got nails in the tires.

  We had a Memorial Day family trip to F8I and rented Thornton again for the first time in many years. It's a wonderful house with all the amenities a multigenerational family needs. Having both OF and a ICW porches was so blissful. The ocean breeze kept us comfortable and the sunset off the waterway is enchanting. F8I Realty handed all the details and made the booking and check-in process an ease. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone. Great beach and the homeowner had chairs and a great outdoor shower.

  The Thornton House on Figure 8 Island is an exceptional rental house.There are two decks with spectacular views of both the ocean and sunrise on the east side and the sunset on the west side of the house.The house is extremely well equipped for a comfortable vacation stay.
