  We had a very nice stay at the Spencer House, it's a great house. The only negative to our stay was not being able to use the cabana area next to pool due to the A/C situation. We have a teenage son that had planned on sleeping in that space so we were a bed short.

  Considering this was the fourth year that our family has stayed at the Spencer property, it goes without saying that it is a place we look forward to spending our annual beach. As always, the home was clean and very welcoming upon arrival and the management company was great to work with! They are always helpful, accommodating and very professional. We have stayed at multiple homes on the island over the last 25 years and I can say this one ranks at the top of our list! We look forward to returning!

  Overall Spencer is a dream vacation home. Very comfortable and livable. Clean and neat on arrival. Well suited for our children ands grands. The pool is an added bonus. My only complaint is roaches and centipedes.

  Spencer is a beautiful home. The floor plan is perfect for our family. It lives very comfortably. The kitchen is a cooks dream. Plenty of dishes,pots and utensils. The appliances are all high end.
  The views from the roof are 360. Sunsets are beautiful. The pool and surrounding area are so unique.

  We love the house and rooftop pool. We had great weather. We have bern renting the house for about 6 or so years and we keep coming back ! The beach is beautiful and my husband and daughters love riding their racing bikes on the island because there isn’t much traffic like most beach towns.
