  The rental office was always on top of any call and after some thunderstorm activity you can imagine they were slammed. Despite this they were always responsive and happy to provide either advice or in our case a coffee maker.

  Very nice home in a quiet location with nice views. Very clean and tidy, would definitely come again. Bring soap, shampoo, etc as they are not provided at this price point...and know that all linens are packed away in a big bag...not out for display. Should be pretty easy to find.

  Our family (2 parent, 2 adult kids) had a wonderful time on F8 island in June. We played pickleball, took walks, did puzzles, and enjoyed the beach and the deck overlooking the marsh. The house was well-equipped and very comfortable, and very close to the beach.

  Plenty of space for our group of 6. House is in need of updating. Bathrooms are old (especially sinks, mirrors, and light fixtures). Kitchen is old and many cabinet doors would not close. Kitchen lay-out is very odd and cramped. There is no pantry space for renters as the owners have all cabinets/closets filled. Beds were comfortable. The elevator makes transporting luggage and groceries to the top floor very easy. Nice porches and beautiful views of the marsh and ocean. I would recommend this house if you're looking for a house at Figure Eight on a budget.
