Private boat dock included (small watercraft only). Maximum 10.

  Wonderful house . So pretty and clean. One suggestion. We enjoy sitting on the deck with family but there are only 4 chairs. Suggestion get more chairs or rockers please

  The house was very comfortable. Great location, easy access to the beach. Grandchildren loved the bunk room with their private bath. Very large, well-stocked kitchen. Very large screened porch but needs ceiling fans. Upper decks have a wonderful view but no seating.

  We love everything about the Foster house and especially being on the sound with a dock so we can rent a boat for the week.Although the kitchen is not huge, it is awesome with 2 dishwashers,2 refrigerators,2 ovens and there is a wine chiller refrigerator in a closet next to the kitchen.

  Absolutely the best time ever in this house. What made the difference this year is we took advantage of the dock and rented a boat for 3 days.
