  Overall cleanliness lacking— bar fridge ice maker bucket was full of green stuff. Lots of dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Ice trays in the main fridge were dirty. The appliances were so old they barely worked. Great house and location it wouldn’t take a lot of investment to update a few things which would improve the stay of renters.

  The house is lovely and very comfortable; the location is perfect because you can see the ocean and see every beautiful sunset; and it is only a short walk to the beach. I hope we can rent the Dwyer house again next summer!!

  We had a great stay. Plenty of bedrooms and the home is decorated beautifully! We cooked dinner every night and we’re very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. Short walk to the beach access. Only downside was that the dock was damaged so we were unable to walk out to the marsh.

  Love house but wish elevator could be used for my husband and me to ride up and down. Lots of steps for two 80+ year olds.
