The deck also offers uncovered space for sunbathing.

  We have stayed here many times and always come back to this house because of the layout. The big porch is fantastic and the kitchen/living room is great for big family dinners. We love swinging in the hammock overlooking the sound.
  
  The only downside is the beds. Most of the mattresses are really old and VERY uncomfortable. But a small price to pay for a great house!

  The house was divided into 2 separate housing areas--this worked well for us. Able to view beautiful sunsets from back bedroom and nice peek of ocean from front deck. Large deck which we enjoyed. House was clean and very comfortable. Very long walk to the ocean from the house and the mosquitos were swarming/biting us all the way to the beach and all the way back to the house--all times of day. We will not stay there again d/t the mosquito issues.
