  18 Beach Road South is great group house. Very well stocked with all the home amenities. Figure Eight Island Realty team was very responsive! King bedroom suite bed is very comfy and rain shower was a plus! Short walk over dune to beautiful beach.

  We have the best experience staying at the Andrews house. It was the perfect location and so accessible to the beach and perfect for children. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you could imagine. The beds were comfortable, tge view spectacular, and the house was very clean and well equipped with everything you needed! . We enjoyed every minute and would like to rent it every single year because it was just perfect for us.

  It was nearly perfect. The only couple bad things I can start with are that the kitchen pans are terrible and the dunes are high enough to block the beach view. I know they are supposed to help protect but they just seem annoyingly excessive. The house was immaculate and the garage was very well equipped with new bicycles, beach chairs and toys, etc. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

  Very comfortable house. The deck needs immediate attention and maintenance as splinters are a problem. Also nails are popping up presenting a safety issue. Otherwise we found the house to be just right for us. We hope to return
